Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 Tbsp. parsley flakes
cooking oil
1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
3/4 to 1 tsp. white pepper
pinch of salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except oil, and shape into patties. Fry in deep hot oil until browned.
Drain on paper towels.
