English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can English peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 jar diced pimento
1 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. (stack) Ritz crackers
1 stick melted margarine
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cheese and crackers.
Crumble Ritz crackers and place on top of casserole with cheese.
Pour melted margarine on top of crackers.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until brown (about 45 minutes).
