Creme De Menthe Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    1/3 c. oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 pkg. pistachio pudding (instant)
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1/3 c. creme de menthe
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 cube oleo
    1/2 c. Crisco
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond flavoring (or one of your choice)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl; beat for 20 minutes at medium speed.
    Pour cake into ungreased tube pan.
    Put into a cold oven, turn heat on to 350\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour.
    Do not open door during baking.
    Test doneness.
    Cool in pan.
    This cake freezes well.
