Lisbon'S Garlic Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    4 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 or 1 roll garlic cheese
    2 eggs, well beaten
    milk added to eggs to total 1 c.
Preparation
    Cook grits according to directions on box.
    Add butter and cheese and stir until melted.
    Add eggs, beaten with the milk. Stir until well blended.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
