Squash And Apple Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. banana or butternut squash
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mace
2 baking apples, cored and cut in pieces
Preparation

Place melted butter and dry ingredients in bottom of 11 x 8 x 2-inch ovenproof dish.
Cut squash in 1/2-inch slices and place in dish.
Arrange apples on top.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
