Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    1 c. water or chicken broth
    1/2 lb. fish fillet (cod, whiting or your choice), cut in 1-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 pkg. frozen succotash
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 medium potatoes, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine until browned.
    Add 1 cup water and potatoes.
    Boil gently about 10 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender.
    Add fish and succotash and cook 5 minutes, until fish flakes and vegetables are tender.
    Stir in milk, parsley, dill weed, salt and pepper.
    Heat to serving temperature.
