Jocelyn'S Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. crabmeat
    1 (8 oz.) carton whipping cream or half and half
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    6 eggs, mixed well
    1 tsp. seafood seasoning of your choice
    dash of salt (if desired)
    1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
Preparation
    If you wish
    to freeze, precook pie shell before adding mixture.
    Mix all
    ingredients, pour into pie shell, refrigerate overnight.\tBake
    at
    350\u00b0\tuntil center is firm, approximately 1 hour.
