Skinny Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 lb. turkey sausages, cut in slices
1 can kidney beans
1 can white beans
salt and pepper to taste
1 small can Mexican chili sauce
1 large can diced tomatoes
1/2 c. shredded Alpine Lace cheese
1 small tomato, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
hot sauce
Preparation

Fry meat in a skillet coated with Pam. Drain any fat from the meat. Drain beans but do not rinse them. Add beans, Mexican sauce and tomatoes to the meat and stir. Cook slowly until mixture is hot. Serve in bowls. Sprinkle with shredded Alpine Lace cheese and chopped tomato. Add chopped onion to the top, too. Add hot sauce to taste.
