Tomato Juice Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bushel ripe tomatoes, quartered
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes, onion, bell pepper and celery until done. Remove from heat; cool and strain.
    Return juice to stove.
    Add sugar, salt, pepper and celery seed.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
