Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. ground chicken
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 tsp. salt
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
3 sweet pickles, chopped
mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine chicken, celery, salt, eggs and pickles.
Moisten with mayonnaise.
Serve on sandwiches or in lettuce cups.
Keep in refrigerator.
