Apple Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter (2 sticks oleo)
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
5 c. plain flour (start with 4 c.)
1 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Grease cookie sheet. Roll out dough. Cut out cookie. Put in pan. Spoon on filling (apple butter). Place another cookie on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
