Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour (plain), sifted once
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c. butter-flavored oil
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Stir ingredients (do not use a blender) thoroughly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 70 minutes in a pound cake pan.
