Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 Large Potatoes
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1-1/2 c. Shredded Sharp Cheese
1 c. Sour Cream
1/2 Onion, minced
1/4 tsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Peel and cut potatoes in squares, cook 10 minutes or until tender.
Cool.
In mixing bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Fold in potatoes.
Pour into lightly greased baking dish.
Mix 1 Tbsp. margarine and bread crumbs.
Sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake for 45 minutes.
