Cherry-Mallow Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 large marshmallows
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 pt. whipped cream
    crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Melt marshmallows and milk in top of double boiler.
    Add vanilla and cool. Whip the cream. Fold into cooled marshmallow mixture. Line a 9 x 9-inch pan with crushed wafers or crackers. Add marshmallow mixture.
    Top with cherry pie filling.
    Let stand overnight. Serves 9.
