Golden Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/4 c. plus 1 tsp. stir-fry sauce
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, slivered
2 carrots, julienned
1 stalk celery, cut in thin diagonal slices
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Cut chicken into thin narrow strips.
Combine with 1 teaspoon stir-fry sauce.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in hot wok or large skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken; stir-fry 2 minutes.
Remove.
Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil in same pan.
Add onion and garlic; stir-fry 2 minutes.
Add carrots and celery; stir-fry 2 minutes.
