Eagle Brand Milk - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. nonfat powdered milk
    1/2 c. warm water
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Place warm water
    in
    bowl.
    Add dry milk and mix well. Add sugar and mix until smooth.
    After mixing, allow to set in refrigerator for a\twhile
    to
    chill.
    This allows the milk to thicken.
    If it
    doesn't
    seem
    thick
    enough, 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons cornstarch may be added.
