Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
4 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
yellow food coloring
Preparation
-
Mix eggs and flour.
Add water, salt and coloring.
Knead well.
Divide into 6 balls; chill slightly.
Roll dough as thin as a shammy.
Cut and dry well before storing.
