Veal Scallopini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal steak, cut 1/2-inch thick
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sherry wine
    6 oz. pkg. noodles
    1 3/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. vegetable shortening
    8 oz. canned mushrooms
Preparation
    Cut veal into 6 servings. Pound meat with meat mallet to flatten a little. Mix flour, salt and pepper together. Coat veal steaks with flour mixture. Brown steaks in shortening. Add sherry and simmer for 1 hour or place in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
