Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. mashed, cooked pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Grease and flour 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
Beat eggs at high speed until thick.
Gradually add 1 cup sugar and beat 5 additional minutes. Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
Combine flour and next 5 ingredients.
Gradually stir in pumpkin mixture. Spread batter evenly in pan.
Sprinkle with nuts and press in batter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
