Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. plain gelatin
2 Tbsp. cold water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. (1 pt.) heavy cream
1 can Bing cherries (pitted)
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
12 marshmallows, quartered
lettuce
Preparation

Soften gelatin in water.
Melt over steam and beat into mayonnaise.
Add sugar to cream and whip, then combine with mayonnaise.
Stir in fruit.
Pour in trays and freeze.
Serve on lettuce.
