Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 tsp. sugar (for yeast)
    1/2 c. warm water (for yeast)
    5 c. warm water
    17 c. sifted Robin Hood flour
Preparation
    Put yeast, 2 teaspoons sugar and 1/2 cup warm water in a small bowl; mix and let raise for a few minutes.
    Put 1 1/2 cups sugar, 3 teaspoons salt and the oil in a large bowl.
    Add the yeast mixture.
    Add 5 cups warm water.
    Slowly add flour as you mix. Knead about 5 minutes.
    Put in large pan to raise for 2 hours. Punch down; let raise for 2 more hours.
    Make out into buns on cookie sheet.
    Let raise for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
