Ham Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
    1 (6 3/4 oz.) can chunked and ground ham
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. milk
    2 oz. mild Cheddar cheese (1/2 c.), shredded
Preparation
    Prepare broccoli as label directs; drain.
