Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. coarsely chopped zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients and set aside.
    Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat until creamy.
    Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
    Add dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
    Bake in loaf pans (greased and floured) for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 2 loaves, 9 x 5 x 3-inches.
