Texas Two Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 medium yellow squash, sliced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. canned green chiles
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 (11 oz.) cans Mexican corn, drained
    3/4 c. shredded Jack cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet saute onion in margarine until tender.
    Add the squash, garlic, chiles, salt and pepper.
    Saute till squash is crisp tender, about 5 minutes.
    Add corn and stir 2 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and let stand until cheese melts.
