Meat Loaf With Creole Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can (2 oz.) sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    green onion, chopped
Preparation
    In bowl, combine all ingredients for meat loaf.
    Mix and blend well to a smooth consistency.
    Place meat in a greased loaf pan. Smooth top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done.
    Prepare sauce.
