Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage or ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) jar pizza sauce
    4 oz. jar mushrooms, drained (optional)
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes (optional)
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    9 lasagna noodles, uncooked (1 small pkg.)
    6 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    3/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Brown meat, drain grease, return meat to skillet and add jar of pizza sauce.
    Heat until it simmers.
    Mix eggs, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic powder.
