Chinese Supper Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) condensed golden mushroom soup
    1 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) can Chinese vegetables, drained
    1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In skillet, brown beef and cook onion until tender (use shortening, if necessary).
    Stir to separate meat; pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Cover.
    Reduce heat; cook 10 minutes or until rice is done.
    Stir often.
    Serve with additional soy.
    Makes about 6 cups.
