Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1 clove garlic
    4 oz. fresh mushrooms
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    12 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut in small cubes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Grease a casserole dish.
    Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms in margarine.
    Mix with rice.
    Add the rest of ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
