Dilled Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes
    3/4 c. mayo
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 ribs celery, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook and cool potatoes.
    Chill.
    In a bowl combine mayo, milk and lemon.
    Stir in celery, onion, parsley, salt, dill weed and pepper.
    Add potatoes to dressing and mix.
