Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt 1 teaspoon butter in a small frying pan (high).
    Pour 1/4 cup of batter into pan.
    Spread around so batter covers the bottom of the pan.
    Flip.
    The crepes should be golden brown.
    Fill with fresh fruit or jam and vanilla ice cream.
    Roll up; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
