Swedish Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 apples
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Fill pie plate 2/3 full with sliced apples.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
Melt 1 1/2 sticks of margarine and blend with egg, flour and sugar.
Pour mixture over apples.
Sprinkle walnuts over top, if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
