Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 large onion
    10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix and bake in a large buttered casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
