Fruit Shortcakes(Diabetic Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. Bisquick reduced fat
    2/3 c. skim milk
    5 packets Sweet One
Preparation
    Mix ingredients until soft dough forms.
    Spoon dough into 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 425\u00b0 or until golden brown.
    Cool.
    Cut in 12 squares.
    Top with favorite fruit (berries, peaches or fruit cocktail).
    Remember the fruit counts too!
    One square equals 1 starch.
