Mexican Mess - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Las Campanas beef bean/green chili burritos
    1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 c. Chi-Chi's medium salsa
Preparation
    Microwave burritos on a large plate for 3 minutes, turning once.
    Cut burritos into 1-inch chunks.
    Top with cottage cheese and salsa.
    Mix.
