Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. rice, uncooked
1/2 gal. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
cinnamon
Preparation

Melt margarine in large pot.
Stir in sugar and rice.
Add milk and vanilla.
Bring to boil then simmer for one hour.
Remove from heat and add eggs, beat each one separately and add.
Put into bowl and sprinkle cinnamon.
Cool for a few hours before serving.
