Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. plain flour
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Grease jelly roll pan.
Line with wax paper.
Spread batter in pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 13 minutes, no longer.
Roll cake with waxed paper still on and wrap in a towel.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
After cool, remove wax paper from cake and unroll.
You are now ready to spread filling on.
