Chicken Rice Fiesta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raw rice
    1 small jar pimento
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 c. cooked chicken, diced
    1 stick margarine
    1 small can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onions and pepper in margarine.
    Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, at 275\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
