Chicken-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. cooked chicken, cut
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. onion juice
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to directions on package.
Drain and cut into pieces and arrange in greased baking dish.
Cover the broccoli with the chicken.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion juice and curry powder.
Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
Combine stuffing mix with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
