Quick Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
    1/2 c. Lawry's herb and garlic with lemon juice marinade
    3/4 lb. cooked turkey or use deli slices, thinly sliced
    8 slices rye bread
    3/4 lb. Jarlsberg lite cheese, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine cabbage and marinade in resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
    Layer 1/4 marinated cabbage, turkey and cheese on each of 4 rye slices. Top with additional slice of bread.
    Makes 4 servings.
