Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
food coloring

Preparation

Heat together when mixture pulls away from the pan, remove it from the heat.
Knead the Play Dough and store in an airtight container.
