Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick butter
    3 large ripe bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cream sugar, butter, eggs and bananas together.
    Add flour, salt, soda, vanilla, cinnamon and nuts.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until cakes springs back when touched.
