Cold Yellow Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. R.M. Quiggs yellow rice mix (7 oz.)
    2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, drain but reserve liquid
    3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    16 stuffed green olives, sliced
    8 green onions, chopped
    2/3 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 tsp. curry powder
    reserved artichoke liquid
Preparation
    Prepare rice as directed on package.
    Add 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon to boiling water and omit butter.
    Cool.
    Add to cooled rice the chopped artichokes, green pepper, olives and onions. Combine mayonnaise, curry powder and reserved artichoke liquid and add.
    Mix.
    Chill several hours.
    Yummy!
