Potato-Leek Crock-Pot Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 leek, sliced
    3 onions, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    5 potatoes, diced
    6 c. water
    6 chicken stock cubes
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. salt
    2 oz. butter
    1 c. cream
Preparation
    Remove dark green part of leek and thinly slice remainder. Peel and cut potatoes into small dices.
    Slice celery into small pieces.
    Chop onions into small pieces.
