Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage (bulk)
    1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 6 slices fresh bread, cubed
    1 c. grated cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper
    chopped green, red and yellow peppers
Preparation
    Crumble sausage in a skillet and cook until brown.
    Drain.
