Sweet Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    4 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    5 tsp. turmeric powder
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Wash and slice cucumbers; cover with boiling water overnight. Next morning, drain and pack cucumbers in jars.
    Boil ingredients 5 minutes. Pour mixture over cucumbers. Seal. (Mixture for 4 pints.) Hot water bath 5 minutes.
