Tuna Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. scalded milk
1 c. fresh bread bits
1/2 c. grated American cheese
1 can flaked tuna
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 eggs
Preparation

Remove crusts from fresh slices of bread; break into small bits.
Scald milk and add to bits.
Add chopped cheese, tuna, lemon juice, salt and well beaten egg yolks.
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
Fold into mixture.
Turn into buttered casserole.
Set into a pan of water and bake for 35 minutes at 325\u00b0.
