"Louise'S" Ricotta Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 large eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat the first 5 ingredients together, then add the vanilla and lemon flavoring.
    Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch Pyrex pie plate.
    Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0, then 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 until center of pie feels firm.
