Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter, creamed
    1 lb. sugar (2 c.)
    6 eggs, beaten separately
    1 lb. white raisins
    1 lb. (4 c.) flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 to 3 oz. lemon extract
    4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Put raisins and nuts in bowl and mix with part of flour. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, flour, lemon extract, raisins and nuts.
    Put in large tube pan.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 until done (2 1/2 hours).
