Apple Dessert Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 to 6 c. apples, peeled and sliced
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. boiling water

Preparation

Generously cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with apples. Cream together 1 cup of sugar
and margarine.
Add milk, flour, baking powder and salt.
Spread over apples in pan.
