Classic Sour Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shortbread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    4 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine crumbs and margarine.
    Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
    In large bowl, combine cheese until fluffy.
    Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Beat in eggs, then sour cream and vanilla.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until edges are light brown.
    Cool.
    Chill. Top with filling.
